I have just been to see Dr Chan and it was one of the best consultation,s I have ever had , he was brilliant . I have paid private a few times in the past , but never had the attention he gave me . I just cannot praise this man enough , why can't all doctors be like this . Can't think of what else to say as he went beyond the call , will not be nervous too see him again

Dr Chan treated my mother with respect and we didn't feel as if he was rushing her during the test and had plenty of patience. At the end of the consultation he explained to my mother, myself and my sister what she had and what medication he was going to put her on. We came away from there feeling happier in ourselves and he provided me with the name of the Dementia Co-ordinator.

I found Dr Chan to be very attentive. My mum said " I really liked that gentleman because he talked to me and not at me'". He listened to us both and gave feedback that I found reassuring and very helpful. He has now discharged her and am sorry that we will not see him again. My mum has Alzheimers.

We found Timothy was very thorough in his examination and was very helpful explaining the procedure step by step and when asked would go into great depth explaining everything. We found Timothy very polite at all times This is a doctor I would trust and would recommend him to anybody; all doctors should have this manner with patients. We were very pleased the way we were treated

Dr Chan was efficient, sympathetic, and offered a very clear but detailed assessment of the problem. The diagnosis was carefully assessed and every detail clearly explained, together with the relevant treatment and future care path. He also gave an extra session the same day to ensure the matter progressed swiftly. Impressed!
